The 2017 Spring Equinox Boulevard Dandy Sale. OUR COLLECTOR ITEMS BEST OFFERS. STEP IN A ONE TIME DEAL! THIS IS A UNIQUE SIGNED COLLECTOR's PIECE - The Lys de France Damasquino is amazing; perhaps one of the most elegant for the late 19th century - early 1900s, L-shaped signed walking stick we have seen appearing on the market.

The--Lys-de-France--Damascene motif crowning the handle at junction points of this Art-Nouveau cane, from both its profile and marks, speaks for its French Parentage. This 92.07cm fine cane, with a beautiful'deep colour' ebony shaft, almost to a Makassar veneer, is distinguished by its Gaurent - Paris makers mark (estampille). Not only, a signature synonym in its day for taste, flair and culture, but today the proof antiques can, style-wise, be amazingly modern. The stick is linked to a gold-damasquined steel elbow assembling its ebony handle, to an 18Ct solid gold (quite massive) knobby domed finial. A 1 /2.5cm brass-capped steel tip ferrule completes this exquisitely elegant walking stick.

This cane is obviously recommended for three kind of people: Tall ones; Elegant ones and Savvy Collectors of fine and unique signed canes, who understand what makes the true quality of a great walking stick.
